EL PAIO ELEPHANT EAR

This is not a large EE but will get between 3-4 feet tall with 24X18 inch size leafs. The green leaf is speckled with white blotches. Sometimes the white gets out of control and takes over 1/4 or 1/2 the leaf. This year one of my plants produced a completely white leaf. (White leaves don't last that long in the sun, get burnt up.) No leaf will be the same in markings as it's quite variable.
