LOCATION: Hadensville Fire Co #6 - 4810 Three Chopt Rd, Louisa, VA 23093. (Go South on Rt 606 just west of Duke's Auto, to the parking lot entrance on your left.) The meeting room is on the southwest side of the building, going in the door farthest to the right when facing the building.

TIME:
1:00pm POTLUCK LUNCHEON and social hour. Bring your favorite dish to share! Hospitality (bottled water, plates, cutlery, etc.) will be provided by the club. We will open the building at 12:45pm, potluck luncheon/social hour will begin around 1:00pm.
2:00PM: 2028-2029 Elections and 2028 Planning Meeting - Officer Elections and Planning meeting for club meetings, events, and activities for the upcoming year(s.) Suggestions for next year's speakers and other club events are needed in order to help the club thrive with new activities!! Some of the activities were noted from 2027 Planning meeting, so we are already ahead of the game for the incoming officers!! Garden host volunteers for the Club Summer Open Gardens are always appreciated, as well as suggestions for activities and events for the members!
